Patriot Campers Review: Is it worth the high price?

Camping is a really great way to get away from the world and live by yourself, or a couple of other people only for the sole purpose of having fun or taking some time off from the busy routine of a daily, hectic life. People go full-on while camping. They bring all sorts of stuff with them to make them feel like they are in their home, but a much better, outside-world-ish home.
Tents, mattresses, blankets, food, stoves, etc. are really common to bring while on camping, but some people prefer to bring mobile homes on their trips. This is a really fun and great way to be outside your house all while having almost the same resources as you would in your home but instead of getting everything ready-made, you would now have to interact with nature. Patriot Campers is a company that provides tourists and campers and all other sorts of outdoor adventure loving people with their favorite thing; a camper.
Patriot Campers Introduction:
Patriot Campers is an Australian based company that was founded in 2013 with a basic idea… or rather a sketch of the idea. As their official website states, a sketch in the sand was something that started the company. Since then, they have made a lot of different kinds of products, all suiting both the modern needs and providing the user with all the comfort and fun they need. Although they produce high-end campers targeting only the rich people (their campers cost anywhere from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on which model you choose, so yeah), their campers are famous among all the people and have earned several different awards of being the best camper there ever is and was.
Patriot Campers Products:
As of 2019, Patriot Campers offer five different products. Four of them are the usual, adventure trailers but one of them is a hauler used to bring relatively larger sized things like motorbikes with you. A brief detail and price of the products have been provided below:
X1-H:
The Patriot Camper X1-H is the most expensive camper on the list. This lightweight, heavy-duty, reliable, and expensive camper not only offers the usual options of a adventure camper like a bed and a kitchen, but also has several additional features like an integrated tent, water tank, gas hot water system, and many other features which you can read all about if you head over to the official Patriot Campers website here. X1:
The X1 camper is somewhat less expensive than the X1-H variant but still provides almost all the features of the original X1-H. This one is $45,990 (AUD).
X1-N:
As we go down the list, the prices go down too (except for TH610). The X1-N model of Patriot Campers stands at the price of $39,990 (AUD) which is comparatively lesser than both the above models. Although this one is cheaper, it still stands off and provides great value as promised by Patriot Campers themselves.
X2:
The X1 model of Patriot Campers retains the price of $39,990 (AUD), same as that of the previous model X1-N, but as the name suggests, it is different from the other models in a few ways. You can find out more about this model here on the official website of Patriot Campers.
TH610:
The last item on our list is the Patriot Campers TH610 which is not just an adventure trailer but also a hauler. It can be used to bring your "big boy toys" to your favorite camping spot. These toys can be a motorbike, a quad bike, or anything of that category and as long as it is small enough to fit into the provided space. Imagine bringing your home and your fun rides with you wherever you want when taking some time off.
Patriot Campers have several different products as explained in the list before. However, for the rest of the article, we will focus on Patriot Campers X1 Grand Tourer and review it.
Patriot Campers X1 Grand Tourer Overview:
As aforementioned, the Patriot Campers X1 Grand Tourer has a general price of $45,990 in Australia. It is one of the best camping trailers and has an integrated tent, kitchen, changing room and (optional) kids' room. It is a spacious, lightweight, easy to set up camper that really has all the features the manufacturers promise. Obviously, with all the great features, it is going to be really expensive. Let's find out whether or not it is worth the price.
X1 Details and Specifications:
X1, despite having all the load packed in, is not that heavy. Even though it has a lot of things clustered into such a small space, the weight is not really a problem since many of the modern campers and trailers weigh much more than this compact thing. X1 weighs just about 950 kg without any load in it and carries another 650 kg of load. Again, if you are not well aware, these figures are pretty great considering all the options and features they are providing the customer with.
The size of the camper is not really that big either. With just 3.3 meters long and 1.75 meters high, the trailer is just a small thing hanging behind your vehicle but when unpacked, it unleashes such a lavishing sight and experience that you have never seen before (if you are seeing for the first time, obviously).
The Patriot Campers X1 has an integrated tent in it, like all the other variants, and can be set up properly in less than ten minutes. The tent unpacks itself in a really short time and has vast space inside of it. The fact that Patriot designed it in such a way that the bed takes no place inside the tent at all and instead hangs up a bit above being supported by the trailer itself is actually really genius.
Apart from that, you can set up extra compartments and use them for the purpose other than they are intended for. Kids room and changing room are those said extra compartments, also there is a whole gosh-darn kitchen with all the necessary equipment fit inside of it that can be used at any time!
Is it worth it?
Tell you what, mate, try it out for yourself and you will not be disappointed. That's how good it is. And as for our personal opinion on whether or not is it worth it, we think that it is totally worth it. The high price really compensates for such a small, compact, lightweight trailer that can be used for any and all purposes and can really bring a new life to your camping experience. Patriot Campers really did a great job on this one.
